Mr Verma carries a rigorous scientific approach into his diagnosis and management of conditions of the Ear, Nose and Throat in adults and children referred to him from Yorkshire and beyond.

Mr Verma is available to field questions or queries by direct message, here.

Mr Verma has developed his knowledge and surgical skills over two decades of specialist practise in centres of excellence both at home and abroad. His areas of expertise include managing Ear problems (otology, both conventional and endoscopic), problems of the Nose and Sinuses (rhinology/ FESS sinus surgery), children's ENT disorders (Paediatric ENT) and Tinnitus and Balance disorders (Neurotology and acoustic neuroma, for which he is service lead). Additionally, he treats Voice problems, Snoring and Neck lumps (laryngology), and is able to perform flexible nasoendoscopy in clinic to visualise the throat and larynx. He also performs cosmetic correction of ears (pinnaplasty) and noses (rhinoplasty).

Mr Verma's philosophy is that of effective diagnosis and evidence based innovation to provide high quality medical and surgical treatments to his patients. He has a subspecialist interest in otology and rhinology and leads on the balloon sinuplasty procedure for chronic sinusitis and implantable bone anchored hearing aid (BAHA) technology in Leeds General Infirmary. He has also advanced laser surgery in the region, having introduced laser stapedectomy for otosclerosis to Leeds. He understands too the special skills required in sensitively managing and treating children's ENT problems, and is actively researching into methods to minimise discomfort and hasten recovery after procedures such as tonsillectomy, including coblation in paediatric patients. He also regularly performs corrective pinnaplasty cosmetic procedures for prominent ears, as well as repair of stretched or torn earlobes.

The guiding principle of The ENT Clinic at Leeds is to provide clear and informed choices tailored to busy patient lifestyles. Mr Verma and his dedicated ENT Leeds team aim to provide the best possible bespoke service to patients from Yorkshire and beyond, in a friendly, kind and caring environment.
